Vigorito, Barker, Patterson, Nichols & Porter, LLP, was founded on January 5, 2015.  From our original 5 attorneys, we now approach 100.  Along the way, we have added some very talented attorneys and have decided that now is the time to recognize these partners.  As such, we have renamed the firm, adding Mamie Stathatos-Fulgieri, Dylan Braverman, Kiki Chrisomallides, Scott Singer, Gregg Weinstock, Adam Covitt and Megan Lawless. 

 

We recognize the practical difficulty in a firm name of this length and for that reason, the legal name is now Barker Patterson Nichols, LLP.

With this change, we also recognize our co-founding partner, Al Vigorito, as Partner Emeritus.  Al continues to remain active in the firm as he serves his clients in all aspects of litigation through trial.  In addition, co-founding partner, Kevin Porter, continues to lead the firm’s Healthcare Law practice.  We expect to have Al and Kevin continue in their pivotal roles with the firm for many years to come.
