On October 5, 2018, Gary W. Patterson, Jr. obtained a defense verdict on behalf of his client, a surgeon, at the Supreme Court, Westchester County. The case concerned claims of a failure to properly perform a hernia repair, together with claims of negligent wound care post-operatively.
