Zachary Benoit is an associate in the firm’s Valhalla office. Mr. Benoit graduated cum laude from Pace University School of Law in 2016, where he served as a member of the Pace Law Review and a team member of the trial advocacy program competing in two trial competitions. While in law school, Mr. Benoit gained experience as a Court intern in the Westchester County Supreme Court Commercial Division and as an extern for in the Southern District of New York located in White Plains, New York. Mr. Benoit also gained litigation experience as an intern working for a Firm specializing in Medical Malpractice.
Following graduation, Mr. Benoit transitioned to Associate Attorney positions successfully defending matters concerning medical malpractice, premise liability, personal injury, general negligence, and municipal and school liability from inception through trial. He has had considerable success procuring favorable results for clients through the use of motion practice. Mr. Benoit is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
