Tyler Fiorillo is an associate on VBPNP’s health care law team as well as its medical malpractice defense team. Tyler handles a variety of health care related matters, including administrative and regulatory hearings and business disputes. Tyler also has experience litigating employment discrimination and retaliation cases involving federal statutory and constitutional violations, as well as COVID-19 related litigation. In 2013, Tyler graduated cum laude from St. Thomas Aquinas College, where he received a B.A. in Business Administration. He went on to receive a J.D. from Pace University School of Law in 2017. Following graduation, Tyler transitioned to an Associate Attorney position at a real estate litigation firm, where he represented large financial institutions and private lenders in various real estate disputes. Prior to law school, Tyler gained considerable knowledge in human physiology from his training and experience as a Certified Personal Trainer.
