TRICIA M. CRISCITO for more than 20 years has specialized in handling all aspects of discovery and trial preparation for the defense of high-exposure medical malpractice matters involving physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals.
Ms. Criscito graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stony Brook University where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Social Services Interdisciplinary. Ms. Criscito received her Juris Doctor Degree from Hofstra Law in 2000. During law school she interned at a law firm which represents a major medical malpractice insurance carrier assisting attorneys handling medical malpractice claims. Ms. Criscito is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and she is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Association.
