Samuel A. Youssof is an Associate in the firm’s New Jersey office where he defends hospitals, physicians and other medical professionals in malpractice actions. Prior to joining the firm, Samuel litigated general liability and common carrier liability actions and provided coverage opinions for a national insurer.
Samuel graduated with honors from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Thereafter, he graduated cum laude from Rutgers Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school he interned for The Honorable Esther Salas, U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey. He continued with an internship with The Honorable Patty Shwartz, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. After graduating from law school, Samuel clerked for The Honorable Daniel D’Alessandro, Ret. J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Civil Part, Hudson Vicinage.
Samuel is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.
