Matthew R. Shindell is a Partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in 1998. Moreover, he earned his Juris Doctorate from the Widener University School of Law in 2001, having served as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Since 2001, Matthew has focused his practice upon the defense of hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare providers in medical negligence matters. He also has experience with product liability, commercial litigation, and general liability matters.
Matthew has substantial experiencing litigating cases up to and including trial, in addition to arguing appellate matters before the Pennsylvania Superior Court. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
