Bonnie L.S. Parente has practiced law since 1994 with nearly 30 years of experience in all aspects of labor and employment law. She has a unique perspective having represented both employees and employers in cases involving wages, benefits, medical leave, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and disabilities.  She has experience representing clients in the EEOC, NYS Division of Human Rights, as well as in the state and federal courts. Bonnie has successfully negotiated union contracts for both unions and employers.

In 2011, Bonnie added elder law, wills, trusts and estates to her areas of expertise, representing individuals with both simple and complex estate planning and probate issues for their loved ones.

Bonnie has served on her local zoning and planning board and was recently elected to her second term as Mayor for the Village of East Williston and is currently serving as the Vice President of the Nassau County Village Officials Association.
