Alesha N. Powell is an Associate in the firm’s Medical Malpractice and General Liability practice groups. Ms. Powell defends personal injury cases arising out of automobile accidents, labor law matters, premises liability cases, and general negligence matters. She also represents physicians, healthcare providers, hospitals and insurance companies in medical malpractice and mental hygiene actions.
Alesha obtained her law degree from Touro University, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University. Prior to joining this firm, Ms. Powell defended general liability cases involving personal injury and property damage claims for national retail clients and individual owners. She also has extensive experience handling all aspects of premises liability, labor law, and automobile liability matters. Ms. Powell has briefed and argued cases before New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts.
Ms. Powell is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
