On December 7, 2018, the Honorable Kim Dollard of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, granted Mr. Avino’s motion for summary judgment brought on behalf of his client, a Staten Island based hospital.

On November 13, 2018, the Honorable Alan Marin, of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, granted Mr. Barker’s motion for a directed verdict on behalf of his hospital client.

On November 8, 2018, the Honorable Fernando Tapia, of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, granted Mr. Patterson’s motion for a directed verdict on behalf of his client, a board certified surgeon.
