Today, we celebrate VBP&P’s second anniversary. We began as a five member boutique litigation firm specializing in medical malpractice and health care law. In the past two years, we have added a diverse, talented group of more than thirty attorneys. Later this month, we will be opening a New York City office, conveniently located near Grand Central Station, within the Graybar Building. New practice areas include appeals, construction law, general liability defense, commercial transportation, nursing home and long term care, products liability, legal malpractice defense, and real estate.

The medical malpractice team now represents more than twenty-five hospitals from Long Island to the Hudson Valley, and nearly every major insurance carrier in the field. Our trial attorneys have achieved phenomenal results, including four directed verdicts. The Construction/New York Labor Law and General Liability practice groups represent well-known property owners, contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, design professionals and private security companies in high profile, significant exposure actions from inception to trial, with excellent outcomes.

Despite our rapid expansion, we have continued to provide our clients with the thoughtful analysis, expertise and attentiveness they have come to expect. We continue to invest in the latest technological tools to offer our services in the most cost effective manner, and equipping our trial attorneys with the means to deliver compelling and persuasive arguments to juries throughout the region.
