Dylan Braverman is a Partner and Co-Chair of the Firm’s COVID-19 litigation team. The COVID-19 litigation team is a nationally recognized leader in defending against COVID-19 claims. Dylan and his team are lead counsel defending Municipalities, Health Systems, Nursing Homes and other professionals against COVID-19 claims throughout New York and the nation.

Dylan is also the Co-Chair of the Firm’s Nursing Home practice group. This subspecialty aggressively defends nursing homes in the New York metropolitan area.

For over 20-years, Dylan has specialized in complex civil litigation, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and healthcare services.  He has been awarded Super Lawyer designation since 20018, representing the top 5% of the attorneys in New York City. He prides himself on being among the hardest working and prepared attorneys in New York. He is extremely accessible to his clients, offering 24/7 service. He is a regular national lecturer, traveling to present to clients and at national conferences.

Dylan is regularly assigned lead trial attorney for professional liability, medical malpractice, nursing home/ aging services, D&O, labor/construction law, insurance/ coverage, products liability, cyber litigation, transportation litigation, real property and casualty claims. He serves as the Broker’s Agent for several overseas syndicates and monitoring counsel for excess insurers. While a regular in the New York Metro area courthouses, he is also sought out nationally for innovation and expertise in emerging areas of complex litigation, including COVID-19 related litigation, multidistrict litigation and class actions. Sample clients include Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, General Electric and AECOM, cutting edge medical device companies such as Medtronic, prominent Health Care Systems, Hospitals, Medical Centers and Physician Groups, national and specialty Insurers, the London Market, as well as major Universities, Municipalities and others.

He is a Board Member and former-President of the Associate of Healthcare Risk Managers of New York (“AHRMNY”). He is still intimately involved with his adopted home in Harlem, New York where he lived for almost 25-years. He currently lives in Westchester with his family, where he is a Division Coordinator and Coach of the local American Youth Soccer Organization.
