Michael P. Diven is an associate in the firm’s Valhalla office. Mr. Diven graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2019, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Wake Forest Law Review.
While in law school, Mr. Diven gained litigation experience at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of North Carolina; being certified for practical training by the North Carolina State Bar. Mr. Diven also externed at the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington D.C. and interned at the New York State Supreme Court for Westchester County. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Colorado, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
