Seema Palmerson joined the firm in 2020.  She handles a wide variety of medical malpractice matters, representing medical institutions, individual physicians, and other medical staff and personnel.   

Seema received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Sociology from Boston University.  She received her law degree from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law, where she served as the Case Note Editor for the Penn State University International Law Review.  

Prior to joining the firm, Seema worked at a firm specializing in medical malpractice defense in Garden City, New York.  She was involved in all stages of litigation, including case development, legal research, litigation strategy, motion practice, liability evaluation and trial preparation. Previously, Seema was an attorney with the Manhattan Family Court Legal Services for the Administration for Children’s Services, where she handled and tried child abuse and neglect cases. Seema has been admitted to practice law in New York since 2009.
