Roseann V. Driscoll leads the firm’s appellate practice. She graduated from Manhattanville College in 1999 and received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s School of Law in 2002. At St. John’s, Roseann was a successful participant in the Moot Court Honor Society. Roseann has continued to judge mock trials and moot court competitions at her alma mater.

Ms. Driscoll has experience at all levels of litigation, from case inception to post-trial motions and appeals. Her career has been primarily devoted to appellate practice, having drafted numerous briefs relating to summary judgment decisions, evidentiary issues, pre-trial orders and jury verdicts. She has argued before the First and Second Departments, with published decisions in each. Roseann has practiced in many areas of law including medical malpractice, insurance defense litigation, general liability defense and plaintiff’s tort claims. Her clients have included major metropolitan hospitals, doctors, construction companies, foster care agencies and the Diocese of Rockville Centre.
