Patricia M. Comblo obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Quinnipiac University and Master’s Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from New England Law | Boston. While attending law school, she successfully managed and argued matters from inception through trial first as a student attorney for Greater Boston Legal Services and later as a student prosecutor for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Dorchester, Massachusetts.

As in-house counsel for the City of New York, Patricia handled the prosecution and defense of civil matters sounding in a variety of legal areas from inception through bench and jury trial verdicts and appeal. She also managed all aspects of Fair Hearings, Article 78 appeals and MHL Article 81 guardianships from inception through disposition.

Since entering private practice, Patricia has successfully defended matters concerning medical malpractice, nursing home cases, premise liability, personal injury, general negligence, construction and labor law and municipalities from inception through trial and appeal. She has had considerable success procuring favorable results for clients through the use of motion practice. She is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, Massachusetts and Colorado.
