Nicole R. Wittman is an Associate with our medical malpractice team where her focus is defending hospitals, physicians, medical professionals, and nursing homes. Before joining the firm, Nicole worked as an Associate at another Long Island malpractice firm where she handled a variety of complex malpractice/negligence actions. Nicole also handles all phases of MHL article 9 litigation for major mental health hospitals in the area, from inception through bench trial verdict.
Nicole graduated magna cum laude from John Jay College of Criminal Justice earning both her B.A. and M.A. degrees in Forensic Psychology. She then went on to earn her J.D. from St. John’s University, School of Law in Queens, New York. While at St. John’s, she was a member of the International Law Review and was a National Mock Trial champion. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
