Nicole M. Varisco is a partner in the firm’s Westchester office. She focuses on providing her clients with the fastest, most cost-effective resolution for their legal issues. She handles cases from inception through trial and, if necessary, appeal.
Nicole litigates complex, high exposure cases in federal courts of New York and New Jersey. She is duly admitted in both jurisdictions and obtained her law degree cum laude from Pace University School of Law. She obtained her undergraduate degree from St. Thomas Aquinas College in Rockland County, New York Prior to joining this firm, Ms. Varisco worked at several national law firms as litigation counsel.
Nicole is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association, where she serves as chair of the Law Practice Management Committee, American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM) and the New Jersey Defense Association. She is frequently a speaker for legal education events, and her recent speaking engagements are listed below. In her spare time, Ms. Varisco volunteers as a wish granter for the Hudson Valley Chapter of Make A Wish and is an avid hiker.
