Morgan T. Gieser is an associate in the Long Island office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from The Catholic University of America in 2016, and her Juris Doctorate from The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2019. While at Hofstra Law, Ms. Gieser served as the Student Bar Association President and attended the American Bar Association Conference to represent Hofstra Law. While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Gieser was awarded the Samuel M. Kaynard Memorial Endowed Summer Fellowship, which allowed her to work for The National Labor Relations Board in Region 2 in New York City. To further her work in the area of labor law, Ms. Gieser was an Articles Editor for the Labor and Employment Law Journal.
Currently, Ms. Gieser is an Adjunct Professor of Law at The Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she advises the Dispute Resolution Society, and is coaching her students to compete in negotiation, arbitration, and mediation competitions. Ms. Gieser is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
