Jennifer M. Lobaito is a Partner in the New York City office. Ms. Lobaito is an experienced litigator and appellate counsel with many accomplishments in the most complex and catastrophic cases involving professional liability and health care litigation. Her attention to detail and precision have given her the reputation as a formidable advocate. Her practice is concentrated in the defense of health care institutions and long-term care facilities. She is skilled at handling cases through all phases of litigation while developing strategies towards a favorable resolution for clients.
Ms. Lobaito received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wagner College in 1999, graduating summa cum laude. She earned her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2005. She is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Ms. Lobaito is a member of the New York State Medical Defense Bar Association.
