Evan O’Hara is an Associate with the firm’s medical malpractice and general liability defense teams. Prior to joining VBPNP, Mr. O’Hara gained experience representing physicians and corporate medical entities against claims of malpractice and corporate negligence from pre-litigation phases to second-seating trials at a prominent mid-size firm in the northeast. He also has experience litigating against claims of products liability, construction defects, aviation accidents and other high-exposure general negligence actions.
Mr. O’Hara is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Mr. O’Hara received his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2012, where he was a member of both Quinnipiac Law Review and the Mock Trial Society. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Union College in 2006. Prior to enrolling in law school, Mr. O’Hara worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for two years at a globally-recognized pharmaceutical company.
