Emily Phillips is an associate in the Long Island office. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Fordham University in 2015. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2021. While at Hofstra Law, Ms. Phillips was a member of the Dispute Resolution Society. While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Phillips was a Research Editor of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal. Prior to law school, Ms. Phillips pursued a dual master’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education, where she graduated with distinction. She served as the lead Preschool teacher at St. Thomas the Apostle School in West Hempstead, NY. In a previous position, Ms. Phillips was an Assistant District Attorney in Nassau County. She resides on Long Island with her husband, son and daughter. She is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
