Douglas Langholz is a litigator with over two decades of experience in the courtroom.  After graduating from Albany Law School, Doug practiced in Seattle, Washington, where he was a prosecuting attorney.  He subsequently moved from King County, Washington to Kings County, New York as an Assistant District Attorney.  Since leaving the criminal law realm, Mr. Langholz has litigated through trial a wide variety of cases, including New York State Labor Law, professional malpractice (attorneys, architects, engineers, brokers), medical/dental malpractice, products liability, Municipal Law and insurance coverage.

Doug has over 45 civil verdicts and has also argued before the Appellate Division.  He successfully took an issue of first impression to the Court of Appeals on the issue of health club liability under the New York defibrillator law.
