Brian C. Pearn is an Associate in the Long Island Office. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Scranton in 2016. He then earned his Juris Doctorate from Maurice A. Dean School of Law at Hofstra University in 2021. While at Hofstra University, Mr. Pearn was awarded a Leadership Scholarship. Mr. Pearn was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and Chief Resource Editor for the Family Court Review Journal, Vol. 59.
While pursing his legal education at Hofstra University, Mr. Pearn interned in the Queens County Supreme Court Commercial Division. Prior to attending Hofstra University, Mr. Pearn worked as a paralegal for our firm, where he gained experience in medical malpractice and general liability law. Mr. Pearn’s is admitted to practice in New York State.
