Arthur I. Yankowitz is a member of the firm, devoting his career to defending doctors and hospitals in the Metropolitan area for more than three decades. Arthur has successfully tried and argued over 50 cases in state and federal courts, as well as the Appellate Division, Second Department. Arthur is intimately involved in all aspects of litigation from inception of the case through trial.
Arthur grew up in Queens County, New York, attending Jamaica High School and Queens College, CUNY. Thereafter, he obtained his law degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and Connecticut, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Arthur is married with four children.
