On Thursday, Nov. 12, 2015 our Partner, Alfred P. Vigorito secured a dismissal of all criminal charges on behalf of a Manhattan Physician accused of Leaving the Scene of an Accident after allegedly striking a pedestrian in a crosswalk. This case was being prosecuted by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office over the last 9 months. Mr. Vigorito, a former State and Federal Prosecutor specializes in both Civil and Criminal Defense of the Medical Profession and Healthcare Institutions.
