Iacobucci, Jr., has joined the firm as an Associate in the Valhalla office.  Prior to joining VBPNP Mr. Iacobucci handled premises liability defense and directors and officers defense litigation for a New York City based firm. Mr. Iacobucci has defended insurance agents and brokers against errors and omissions claims in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.  John also has extensive experience in defending health care providers and attorneys in malpractice actions.
