Our friend and colleague, Alfred Vigorito, a founding member of the firm, is leaving us to become Chief Risk Officer at Westchester Medical Center (WMC).  Al played a pivotal role in forming the firm in 2015.  What began as a small, boutique firm specializing in medical malpractice defense has blossomed into a diverse practice with offices in multiple states and nearly 100 attorneys. 

 In his tenure at the firm, Al served as the primary trial partner for WMC.  His long term dedication to the facility was recognized in June of 2023, when he was honored as the Westchester Medical Center Person of the Year.  He was then bestowed the further honor of being asked to join the Board of Trustees at the hospital.

 The hospital system will undoubtedly benefit from his wisdom and leadership in the years to come.  We wish him all the best in this new chapter of his career.
