Tammy A. Trees is a member of the firm and has worked in the field of medical malpractice defense for over 23 years. She has represented numerous hospitals, nursing homes and individual clients in all aspects of medical malpractice defense litigation from lawsuit inception to trial. Ms. Trees is a seasoned appellate attorney whose experience includes drafting briefs and successfully arguing appeals before the Appellate Division and the New York State Court of Appeals. Further, Ms. Trees has extensive experience representing physicians and other healthcare providers before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct. Ms. Trees obtained her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from New York Institute of Technology. Thereafter, she attended Touro School of Law where she earned a Juris Doctor Degree. Ms. Trees is admitted in New York and New Jersey as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
