Sasha Sagalovich specializes in representing hospitals, physicians and nursing homes in high exposure medical malpractice cases at all stages of litigation, from inception through trial. Sasha also represents health care facilities in administrative hearings and regulatory matters and is a frequent lecturer at hospitals on issues of risk management and policy. Prior to joining the firm, Sasha gained nine years of experience at two major defense firms where she represented healthcare providers in medical malpractice, regulatory matters and counseled clients in healthcare law.
Prior to formally beginning her legal career, Sasha interned at the White House as well as the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division and Civil Division. Sasha graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law where she worked on the Journal of Healthcare Law and Policy as a Notes and Comments Editor. She completed her undergraduate degree at the George Washington University, Elliot School of International Affairs from which she graduated cum laude.
Outside of her work, Sasha spends her time with her husband and two young children and volunteering in her community.
