Michele McEnroe specializes in the defense of medical malpractice actions against major metropolitan hospitals, individual doctors and nurses, and nursing homes throughout New York State. She is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New York, as well the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. McEnroe graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 1997 and from New York University School of Law in 2001. She served as an Assistant District Attorney in Kings County for four years under District Attorney Charles Hynes before entering civil litigation practice. From 2005 to 2013, Ms. McEnroe worked at two New York City law firms, practicing medical malpractice defense, general liability defense, and construction injury defense. She then spent three years as a Senior Analyst at AIG, managing complex construction defect litigation defense and insurance coverage issues for a number of developers and construction subcontractors across the country. Ms. McEnroe returned to the practice of medical malpractice defense in 2016. She joined as a partner of the firm in January 2019.
