Brian DiPentima is Of Counsel in our Garden City office. His practice is focused on medical malpractice, professional liability, premises liability and construction site accidents. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. DiPentima worked at a large insurance defense firm, where his practice was focused on defending doctors, dentists, veterinarians and property owners in both New York and New Jersey.
Mr. DiPentima received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Stony Brook University in 2008, and his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law Center in 2015, where he graduated Cum Laude. During his time at Touro, Mr. DiPentima was a member of the Moot Court team that won the Nassau Academy of Law Hon. Elaine Jackson Stack Moot Court Competition and was awarded Best Oralist in 2014.
